At PCYC Armidale, we offer gym and fitness classes to help you stay in shape and have fun while doing it. Our classes are intended for all ages and ability levels, whether you’re just beginning your fitness regimen or you’re looking for new ways to get active.
Group fitness sessions are a great way to motivate yourself in the gym and turn exercise into a social activity. Our afternoon fitness class is the perfect way to activate your body, engage with fellow gym-goers, and build your self-esteem. During your session, PCYC trainers will teach you proper form and show you how to exercise in a way that’s safe and gets the results that you want.
