With a range of boxing classes for children, teenagers, and adults, PCYC Broken Hill is a fantastic place for aspiring boxers to hone their skills. Our club hosts several different types of boxing classes each week, designed for all experience levels.
For kids and young teens aged 5 to 14, our Boxing For Kids class is an excellent way to learn the fundamentals of boxing and other valuable skills. In this class, little ones will work on their strength, coordination, and agility, building their self-confidence and work ethic in the process.
At PCYC Broken Hill, we also provide boxing classes for older students (aged 15 and up). In our general boxing class, participants will develop proper boxing technique and increase their physical strength, working their way up to competitive boxing against fellow participants.
Finally, our Boxing For Fitness course is a fun and fast-paced way for students over the age of 15 to accomplish their fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to stay in shape, lose weight, or get stronger, you’re encouraged to move at your own pace in this exciting class.
