Not only is boxing an excellent way to stay physically fit, but it’s also the perfect way to challenge your mind and push outside of your comfort zone. At PCYC Bulli, we offer boxing classes for multiple age groups, helping kids, teens, and adults learn this exciting sport.
Our Boxing Junior sessions are designed for youngsters from 8 to 13 years old. In these classes, your child will work with professional trainers to develop appropriate boxing form and techniques. Since these sessions are non-contact, students will focus on honing their skills, rather than facing competitors in the ring.
Similarly, our Boxing Senior classes are a fantastic way for older kids and adults (aged 14 and up) to practice their boxing skills in a non-contact environment. They’ll focus on strength, coordination, self-discipline, and more, in a fun and supportive boxing gym atmosphere.
These classes are a wonderful way to get you or your kids moving and socialising with others who share a passion for boxing. In our boxing sessions, students move at their own pace and work closely with coaches to stay on track.
