Whether you want to use boxing as a way to stay fit or you’d like to train as a competitive boxer, PCYC Campbelltown has plenty of options for you. Our boxing classes are available for kids, teenagers, and adults, so the entire family can get a great workout at our club.
Younger boys and girls are encouraged to attend one of our non-contact boxing classes: Sub-Junior Boxing (aged 5 to 9 years old) and Junior Boxing (aged 9 to 13 years old). In these sessions, your little one will have a blast learning the fundamentals of boxing, as well as other drills and exercises.
For those over the age of 14, the Beginner Boxing class at PCYC Campbelltown is a great way for boxing newcomers to study the fundamentals of the sport and work on your overall fitness. This class is a good fit if you don’t want to compete against others. However, if you are interested in competition boxing, you should check out our Amateur Boxing program.
We also host a Box Fit class as a way for our members to get a high-intensity cardio workout with elements of boxing included.
