With a selection of fun and unique gym and fitness classes, PCYC Campbelltown is the ideal place to break a sweat and work on your health goals. We offer classes for teenagers, adults, and seniors who want to stay in shape in a social environment.

If you’re after a serious workout, PCYC Campbelltown has several high-intensity classes to test your physical limits and get your heart pumping. These courses are open to attendees over the age of 14, with no prior experience required. 

For example, our CAIRO class is a small group training session that incorporates cardio, resistance weights, and plyometric exercises. Similarly, our WARRIORS class is a CrossFit-style experience that’s designed to work multiple areas of your body and improve your overall fitness. 

PCYC Campbelltown’s Monkey Business class offers a more unusual workout. In this class, you’ll use just your body weight and swing, jump, and climb through our course for an invigorating workout. 

Finally, our Seniors Gentle Exercise is intended for our members over the age of 50. It’s an excellent way to keep your body moving in a safe and low-impact way.
