At PCYC City of Sydney, our gym and fitness programs are an excellent way to get teenagers moving and active in the gym. In these classes, teens will get guidance from our knowledgeable trainers, as they learn how to safely and effectively exercise.
Our Youth Gym class is a daily program for participants over the age of 16. In this group fitness class, our experienced PCYC trainers will coach students on how to lift correctly, train with purpose, and commit to their personal health goals.
Through strength training and light HIIT workouts, teenagers will understand the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise. Plus, they’ll have the chance to create new friendships with their classmates.
