At PCYC Grafton, our community-based gym is the perfect place to get a great workout in a group exercise class or on your own. With two gyms for casual use and numerous classes each week, our club has everything you need to stay fit and active.
If you like to work out on your own time, our facility features two gym spaces where you can lift weights, engage in cardio exercise, or complete bodyweight training. Our GF (Ground-Floor) Gym and our HP (High-Performance) Gym are available during operational hours for our members who are keen to break a sweat.
In terms of group fitness classes, PCYC Grafton offers a variety of options. With two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) courses, you can be sure that you’re getting a serious full-body workout. Also, our HP 45 class is a circuit-style session that will get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face.
Our gym facilities and group fitness sessions are all available to members over 16 years old. We offer a friendly and supportive atmosphere that’s welcoming for people of all fitness levels.
