PCYC HORNSBY-KU-RING-GAI BOXING

PCYC Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai hosts a wide variety of boxing classes and programs, with options for children, teenagers, and adults. Whether you've never boxed before or you're an experienced fighter looking to start competition-level boxing, our club has the right class for you. 

Young people who want to try boxing for the first time are encouraged to attend our Junior Boxing classes. In this class, your son or daughter will participate in a fun-filled cardio and strength workout that incorporates boxing fundamentals. These sessions are available in two sections, depending on your child's age: one for 5 to 11-year-olds and another for 12 to 17-year-olds.

We also offer Teen Girls Boxing classes for young ladies between 12 and 17 years old. These sessions provide a supportive environment for girls to learn boxing and work on their skills.

For adults (aged 18 and up), we also provide a robust selection of boxing classes. If you're a newcomer, you can start in our Boxing 101 class, before working your way up to Intermediate Boxing and then Advanced Boxing & Sparring.
