PCYC HORNSBY-KU-RING-GAI FREE G

FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics) and Parkour programs at PCYC NSW, are new and innovative classes that provide opportunities for young people to be creative in the development of new skills, whilst staying fit and active for longer.

First developed by British Gymnastics to help clubs retain gymnasts, FreeG caters for young people looking to participate in adrenaline-fuelled freestyle sports.

Classes include running and jumping over obstacles, as well as tricking and flipping skills. Athletes get the opportunity to run obstacle courses utilising their new skills, and can be a
pathway to competitive time trials in Parkour and activities similar to Ninja Warrior.

PCYC NSW is the largest provider of Gymnastics in the state and is fully accredited with Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics NSW. PCYC gives young gymnasts the opportunity to train for the skills they need to thrive in the world of gymnastics. Our coaches will ensure that your child is safe as they perform routines and use the gymnastics apparatuses.

At PCYC New South Wales, we have been empowering young people to reach their potential since 1937. We help children and teenagers get active within their communities, allowing them to develop critical life skills and build their character.

Freestyle/urban gymnastics has developed from the growth in popularity of parkour and tricking, and involves gymnastic skills carried out in a non-traditional environment. PCYC offers urban gymnastics programs for people interested in learning to do flips and somersaults in a safe environment, with qualified and experienced instructors.
