If you’re a yogi, you’ll find your place in one of our two weekly yoga classes. Our traditional yoga class will help you unify your mind, body, and spirit, as you move through various poses and gain awareness over your breath. Alternatively, our Slow Flow Yoga class will help you relax, de-stress, and become more intentional with your movement.
For a more fast-paced workout, check out our HIIT classes. In these sessions, you will move quickly between intervals of intense exercise and active recovery. HIIT is a proven way to get your heart rate up and burn more calories in a shorter period.
We also offer other classes intended specifically to get you toned. Our Body Pump and Total Body Workout sessions are designed to help you reduce body fat and increase lean muscle, providing a challenging yet rewarding workout.
