At PCYC Lake Illawarra, we offer boxing classes to help you stay physically fit and mentally stimulated. Kids, teenagers, and adults are welcome to join one of our boxing sessions and develop a passion for this fast-paced sport.
Our Under 12 Boxing class is a great fit for kids who are keen to learn the basics of boxing. In this class, your youngster will work with our qualified trainers to participate in boxing drills, study effective technique, and improve their skills. These sessions are open to young girls and boys of all experience levels, allowing your little one to learn in a supportive environment.
Teens and adults can enrol in our Over 12 Boxing class. If you’ve never tried boxing before, this class serves as an excellent introduction to the sport. However, it’s also suitable for intermediate boxers who want to sharpen their skills.
