At PCYC Lithgow, our boxing classes are a fantastic way for kids, teens, and adults to stay active and enjoy fitness. Each week, our club hosts boxing sessions designed to improve your physical health and challenge your mind.
Our Junior Boxing classes are the perfect introduction to boxing for primary school children (between the ages of 6 and 12 years old). In these sessions, qualified boxing trainers will teach your little one the basics of this sport, including how to maintain proper form and defend themselves from an opponent.
For teenagers and adults, our Amateur Boxing classes are open to beginners and intermediate boxers who want to sharpen their skills. As a participant, you'll move at your own pace as you work on your overall fitness and boxing skills.
Not only does boxing help you stay in shape, but it also teaches valuable lessons such as self-discipline and confidence. Plus, it’s a healthy way to socialise and meet new people who are also interested in boxing.
In order to participate in a boxing class at our club, you will need to supply your own gloves.
