With a selection of weekly gym and fitness classes, PCYC Marrickville is a great place to get fit in the Inner West of Sydney. At our community-based club, we run several group fitness sessions to help you stay active and socialise with fellow gym-goers.
If you’re easing back into fitness or you have an injury that limits your mobility, our Gentle Exercise class might be a great fit. These sessions are held twice per week and are designed for adults who want to enjoy the physical and mental perks of exercise without an overly strenuous workout.
PCYC Marrickville also hosts weekly tai chi classes for our adult members. As a Chinese martial art, tai chi combines self-defence and meditation to provide numerous benefits to the body and mind. Through tai chi sessions at our club, you’ll be able to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility.
