At PCYC Mount Druitt, we run kids’ and adults’ boxing classes to keep our members active and interested in fitness. But not only does boxing offer an excellent physical workout, but it also teaches valuable lessons such as self-discipline, perseverance, and resilience.
Young people who want to try boxing are encouraged to join our Junior Boxing class. These sessions are designed for children and teens between the ages of 7 and 15 years old who are keen to learn the fundamentals of boxing. In this class, qualified trainers will lead students through boxing drills and help youngsters develop a passion for the sport.
PCYC Mount Druitt also hosts a Senior Boxing class for people over the age of 15. Here, participants will learn how to perform basic boxing moves and work on improving their skills. There’s no prior experience required to attend, and people of all fitness levels are welcome to join.
Boxing classes at our club are non-contact, offering students a safe and supportive environment to train. Not only will participants get an excellent workout, but they will also have the chance to socialise with others who are also interested in boxing.
