At PCYC Mudgee, we offer various fitness classes and casual use of our gym facilities for our members to break a sweat and stay active. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, keep in shape, or relieve stress through exercise, our community-based gym is a fantastic place to work on your fitness goals.
If you’re looking for a serious workout, check out our MetaPWR class. It’s a 30-minute HIIT session, where you will participate in short bursts of high-intensity training, followed by short periods of active recovery. Similarly, our Core class focuses on vigorous core workouts and is designed to get you toned and lean.
For those interested in a less strenuous workout, our Mind and Body Flow sessions are a great fit. These slower-paced classes combine tai chi, yoga, and pilates to challenge you physically and mentally. If you prefer to focus on one type of exercise, PCYC Mudgee also runs Pilates sessions twice per week.
