Young boxers in the 9-to-16-year-old age group are invited to join the Junior Boxing class at PCYC Muswellbrook. In these sessions, our qualified trainers will teach your son or daughter basic boxing moves, including jabs, hooks, and uppercuts. As they master these fundamentals, they’ll be able to move on to more advanced concepts. During their time at the gym, they will not only work on their physical fitness, but they will also build their confidence and self-discipline.
Adults who are interested in trying boxing can attend our Boxing for Fitness sessions. Here, you will be led through various cardio exercises that incorporate boxing moves. It’s a popular class at our club, providing an excellent and fast-paced workout. Plus, these sessions present a good opportunity to meet new people.
