If you enjoy fast-paced workouts in group settings, our weekly Kickboxing class is the perfect fit for you. In these classes, you’ll enjoy an intense cardio workout that challenges you to work on your strength, coordination, and balance. Similarly, our Boxing for Fitness sessions are a great way to get your heart rate up and break a sweat. Your trainer will lead you through cardio-focused exercises that include some fundamental boxing moves.
