At PCYC North Sydney, we host regular boxing classes to help you get fit and increase your strength. With options for kids, teens, and adults, our club is a great place to learn how to box and develop your skills in the sport.
For young people (aged 10 to 18 years old), our Junior Boxing sessions are an excellent way to get acclimated with the basic moves and techniques of the sport. Students will work on their strength, conditioning, and overall fitness, while also building their self-discipline and confidence. Participants must provide their own gloves.
We also provide a Club Boxing program for more experienced boxers (aged 17 and up). During these sessions, you will work with our qualified trainers to improve your skills in the ring and learn more advanced tactics.
If you’re interested in learning how to spar, the weekly Sparring class at PCYC North Sydney is a good fit for you. You’ll work with our coaches to become an effective sparrer and learn how to take on competitors in the ring.
