At PCYC Penrith, we run boxing programs for people of all age groups and ability levels who want to get fit through boxing. With options for children, teenagers, and adults, our community-based gym provides a safe and supportive place for all of our members to train.
In our Junior Boxing class, young people between the ages of 5 and 11 will get a chance to explore the basics of boxing and develop a passion for the sport. Beginners and intermediate-level boxers are welcome to attend, and participants will work closely with our experienced trainers to build their skills.
Pre-teens and teenagers (between 12 and 16 years old) can sign up for our Youth Boxing course. Instructors will help students establish a solid understanding of boxing techniques through a series of fun-filled drills and games. Once they turn 16 and have built up enough boxing experience, they can join our Amateur Boxing sessions.
PCYC Penrith also offers a Women’s Boxing for Fitness class just for our female members over the age of 14. It’s a comfortable environment where women can partake in cardio and strength training that revolves around boxing.
