As one of the most popular activities at PCYC Singleton, our club offers several boxing classes each week to cater to people of all ages and skill levels who are interested in learning this fast-paced sport.
Our Junior Boxing class is the perfect entry-level class for young boys and girls who want to get involved in boxing. These sessions focus on boxing basics and are intended for newcomers who haven’t taken a boxing class before. It’s open to kids between the ages of 5 to 11 years old.
For older kids (between 12 and 17 years old), our Youth Boxing class is a fun way to get fit and socialise with peers. In addition to boxing skills, students will also learn about sportsmanship, self-discipline, and respect from our accredited trainers.
PCYC Singleton also hosts Adult Boxing courses for those over the age of 18. All experience and fitness levels are welcome in these sessions, which focus on developing boxers’ technique and confidence. Separately, our Ladies Boxfit class offers an excellent workout that incorporates the fundamentals of boxing.
Outside of these scheduled classes, our club also offers personalised boxing sessions on an appointment basis.
