At PCYC Singleton, we host several martial arts classes each week to get our community members active and engaged in physical activity. We work with local trainers to offer fun and educational martial arts sessions for all age groups and fitness levels.
In partnership with Eureka Taekwondo, our club hosts taekwondo classes multiple times per week. During these sessions, students will get an introduction to this modern Korean martial art, learning how to perform basic moves and defend themselves against opponents. Students aged 5 and up are welcome to join taekwondo classes at PCYC Singleton.
We also work with Martial Arts Dojo & Fitness Centre to provide lessons in other styles of martial arts, including Karate, Koryu Uchinadi, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With these classes, there’s something for everyone, including beginners and advanced athletes. There are options for kids, teenagers, and adults to get involved in martial arts.
All of the martial arts classes at PCYC Singleton are held in a friendly and inclusive environment, where participants will have the opportunity to get stronger, grow their martial arts skills, and socialise with their peers.
