In a martial arts class at PCYC St George, you’ll work on your physical fitness and mental strength in a safe and supportive environment. With class options for multiple age groups and experience levels, our martial arts sessions are a great way to get active and learn a new skill.
We offer several different types of martial arts classes, including Wing Chun Kung Fu. Students enrolled in these sessions will learn about this traditional Southern Chinese style of Kung Fu, discovering how to defend themselves and effectively take down an opponent. Wing Chun Kung Fu classes are open to members over the age of 12.
PCYC St George also hosts several Taekwon-Do classes each week, which are available to all age groups. In our Tam Taekwon-Do sessions, we invite everyone from beginners to black belts to train in this modern Korean martial art. Similarly, the Rhee Taekwon-Do class focuses on fun and having a great time while in the gym.
You’re welcome to join one of our martial arts classes on your own, with a friend, or with your child. Our club fosters a friendly atmosphere, offering you a chance to meet new friends in class.
