At PCYC Tamworth, we provide a variety of gym and fitness options for people of all ages and ability levels. We run classes for everyone from toddlers to seniors, in addition to offering casual use of our fully equipped gym.
Our Fit Foxes program is a fun and interactive way for kids and teens to get involved with fitness. The program is split into two sections: one for primary school kids (aged 5 to 12 years old) and another for high schoolers (aged 12 to 17 years old). Both classes focus on teaching little ones how to live an active lifestyle and enjoy physical activity. Older kids will also work on increasing their strength and conditioning.
If you’d like to exercise along with your child, the Family Modbox sessions are a great option. In these classes, parents and kids work out together in a fun and positive atmosphere.
PCYC Tamworth also hosts fitness classes just for adults. Our weekly HIIT class will give you a heart-pumping, fast-paced workout in an exciting group setting. For our older members, the Mature Age Fitness class offers a low-impact way to stay fit.
