At PCYC Taree, our club provides an inclusive and supportive environment to learn boxing and improve your athletic skills. We have options for kids, teenagers, and adults who are looking for a fun way to stay fit and engage with other community members.
Children under the age of 14 can enrol in our Boxing Skill Development class to get an introduction to the sport. In these non-contact sessions, students will learn about the fundamentals of boxing and build confidence in their athletic ability.
PCYC Taree also hosts a Boxing Skill Development program for teens and adults (aged 14 and up). This class is well-suited for people who want to get a great boxing-centric workout, with a focus on skill training and overall physical fitness.
We also run a Women And Kids Boxing Fitness class for kids (between ages 5 and 8), young ladies (between 9 and 16), and adult women. In these sessions, participants will train and develop their skills in a safe and friendly atmosphere. All fitness and experience levels are invited to attend.
