PCYC Tweed Heads hosts numerous boxing classes each week, with options for children, teenagers, and adults to get involved in this fast-paced sport. Whether you’ve been boxing for years or it’s your first time, we’ll help you find a class that’s right for you.
Held in our Boxing Room, the Box Junior class at PCYC Tweed Heads is a great starting place for young boxers who want to learn the sport or improve their skills. This class is designed to empower kids through boxing, as they work on their physical fitness and learn valuable lessons about confidence and discipline. Similarly, our Box Adult class helps older boxers develop fundamental boxing skills and improve their conditioning, strength, and stamina.
Our club also hosts Boxing 4 Fitness classes, which encourage you to get moving and enjoy a high-intensity workout that incorporates elements of boxing. You don’t need to have any prior boxing experience to join, and people of all fitness levels are welcome.
