At PCYC Wellington, we host children’s gymnastics classes to get kids active and comfortable in a gym environment. With multiple classes each week, our community-based club is a fantastic place for young gymnasts to get their start or continue their training.
Through gymnastics classes, kids will develop a solid athletic skill set that can be used in gymnastics and many other sports. They will improve their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance while also establishing a strong understanding of gymnastics moves.
At the same time, little ones in gymnastics classes at PCYC Wellington will experience the mental benefits of physical exercise as well. They’ll notice an improvement in their self-confidence, work ethic, and dedication. Plus, they’ll have an opportunity to make new friends with their peers who are also interested in gymnastics.
Gymnastics classes at our club are supervised by qualified instructors, who will make sure that students are safe and at ease during their time at the gym.
